I did a talk this week with a great group of moms, and we covered a ton of information about feeding kids, feeding ourselves, and what to avoid (like transfats, high fructose corn syrup, and pesticides). But it was a short presentation…only an hour…so the question came up from several folks…what do YOU eat? Good question.
So, for the next week or so, I’ll post my cooking and blending creations to share how one family of three cooks and eats whole foods using local and organic ingredients. Starting tomorrow morning, you can wake up to my smoothie (or create your own from some links I’ll provide). Then we’ll get through the week. I’ll post recipes when I have them.
